The 22 Hebrew letters form exactly 231 unique unordered pairs. In Gate Rules 0.1, every pair is explicit and every direction is reviewed separately. Twenty-two directional invocations across eight compiler-verified evidence programs are approved with replayable evidence; the other 440 directions remain visible, reserved, and non-executable.
